Polymer Clay aka The New Clay is special. It is a relatively new medium that invites old and young, male and female, seasoned artists and never before artists, people of substantial income and folks with modest means into the unexplored regions of personal creativity. Beyond the natural attraction to create something, there are practical reasons why Polymer Clay is mushrooming in popularity. The clay is clean, easy to store for long periods of time, affordable, and most importantly, can be fired in any oven or toaster oven. To learn more about Polymer Clay visit the Glass Attic which is a comprehensive online polymer clay encyclopedia. Another great site to visit is Polyzine online magazine or jump to the links page for a listing of more polymer sites. There is also the Doll Gallery on Digital Artbeat where each doll is an original one-of-a-kind Polymer Clay doll.

To Polymer Clay Masks and Mask Pins

To Polymer Clay Busts The Busts were created more as a form of practice and learning how to work with the polymer clay before moving on to sculpting dolls and larger, more complex pieces like Arguille. They are fast, fun, and very much a learning experience and confidence builder. To Polymer Clay Masks and Mask Pins Masks and Mask Pins are small, solid faces sculpted from Polymer Clays and embellished with findings (mostly snippets of cloth materials and parts of costume jewelry bought for pennies at yard sales where many treasures are found by creators and crafters!). There are different kinds of masks and our faces are where the greatest number of our masks are stored.
