About Yellar Kat Design Yellar Kat was a drawing done in Illustrator. It was stored, and later imported into Corel Draw. This is where it was scaled, and duplicated to serve as the cover page to the Scratch Off Lottery Ticket designs. Although Quark Express, In Design, and PageMaker are well-known Page Layout programs, some degee of layout design can be accomplished in well- rounded programs like Corel Draw and Illustrator.

Not everyone will notice, but each Kat has a Clinton Scratch Off Ticket in their hands. More so, one Kat smiles while the other has a frown which implies a winner and a loser. These type of subtle design choices are called Discovery Items. They are called discovery items because many viewers will not notice these details at first, but rather discover them later.
